4. **Blockers**: Issues that need attention or help from others
5. **Next Week**: Planned priorities for the coming week

Guidelines:
- Lead with outcomes and impact, not activities
- Quantify where possible ("deployed" not "worked on deploying")
- Blockers should include who can unblock them
- Keep the entire report under 200 words — managers skim
